Privacy
Axtary is an early-stage, founder-operated product. This notice describes the information handled by the public site and hosted dashboard; the local runtime remains local unless you deliberately connect or sync it.
Information you provide
We receive information you submit through access requests, account and invite flows, support email, and one-time feedback forms. This can include your name, email address, organization, use case, account membership, and the feedback you choose to send. Passwords are stored only as authentication hashes, not readable passwords.
Runtime and hosted evidence
The CLI, proxy, policy files, credentials, keys, and local JSONL ledger live in your environment by default. Axtary receives runtime evidence only when you deliberately use a hosted connector, approval queue, or ledger sync. Synced ledger records are designed to exclude provider credentials and protected payload bodies; they can include action metadata, decisions, reasons, identifiers, hashes, and timestamps needed for review and verification.
Site analytics and service providers
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Vercel documents Web Analytics as anonymous and cookie-free; we do not send custom events containing account, approval, feedback, or ledger content. Hosting, database, authentication, and transactional-email providers process the minimum information needed to operate those services.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to operate and secure Axtary, respond to requests, improve onboarding, and diagnose failures. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting for Axtary, when you direct an integration, or when legally required. Early-access data is retained only while it is useful for those purposes or required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can keep enforcement fully local, choose whether to connect providers or sync a ledger, and avoid submitting optional feedback. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with you, email support@axtary.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
